Dear Tushkateers (members of the Kick in the Tush Club) and Devotees of Our Lady of Weight Loss, As most of you know, I permanently removed over 50 pounds 13 years ago (a baker’s dozen!!!) with Our Lady of Weight Loss by my side, as my guide, my cheerleader and best friend.  One of the questions that she and I pondered from time to time was:  “Can I Lick Cake?”  (To be interpreted in any way you like, or lick.)
