On July 18, 2013 by Janice Taylor

People want to know, how I permanently lost 50 pounds.  People ask, “What your secret?”   The answer is simple.  I changed.  I changed my thoughts, my beliefs, my behaviors; I dropped my “I can’t” baggage, and then I changed the food in my fridge and my relationship to food!

Here follows 10 “change quotes” from Janice Taylor, Life Coach, weight loss expert (that’s me) and Our Lady of Weight Loss, the patron saint of permanent fat removal that can help you to … #change!  #change! #change!

#OneWord Thursday:  #change #change #change … and #change again!

poor and rich and white and black,
but they will never wake again.

And those dead folks would give anything at all
for just five minutes of this weather
or ten minutes of plowing.

when you don’t like a thing is change it.
