It takes a lot of energy for a person to stay stuck, to keep a problem firmly alive and in place.

How have you managed to so effectively stay stuck?

People say, “No matter what I do, I can’t lose weight.” 

If this rings true for you, if this sounds like something you might say, then please consider meditating on the following questions.

How do you stop yourself? 

How do you stop yourself from losing weight? 

How do you stop yourself from moving forward in life?

How do you stop yourself from enjoying life?

How much success and happiness can you stand?

A good question often has the power to elicit a surprising, unanticipated answer from the depths of your unconscious mind.  Go deep!
