On May 2, 2013 by Janice Taylor

Further my yesterday’s post, “3 Steps to Waking Up Happy,” here today a dozen “morning” quotes that easily serve as morning affirmations, as well.

Wash your mind with these magically filled, precious morning gems that can help you to tap into the goodness and possibility that this morning and every morning has to offer. Start anew, with a smile on your face.   Oh, the joy of morning!

You wake up in the morning, and your purse is magically filled with 24 hours of un-manufactured tissue of the universe of your life. It is yours. It is the most precious of possessions. No one can take it from you. And no one receives either more or less than you receive. ~ Arnold Bennett

When you arise in the morning, think of what a precious privilege it is to be alive; to breathe, to think, to enjoy, to love. ~ Marcus Aurelius

Outside, there was that predawn kind of clarity, where the momentum of living has not quite captured the day. The air was not filled with conversation or thought bubbles or laughter or sidelong glances. Everyone was sleeping, all of their ideas and hopes and hidden agendas entangled in the dream world, leaving this world clear and crisp and cold as a bottle of milk in the fridge. ~ Reif Larsen

It’s a finger snapping kind of day. ~ Coco J. Ginger

We are living in a ‘one morning’ world; we get up one morning and many things have changed! Tomorrow morning, there will be another ‘one morning! ~ Mehmet Murat Ildan
