What’s important to you? What do you value? What do you care about? People have “things” (both material and immaterial) that are important to them in each and every area of their lives. In their relationships, in their work, in their environments, and about themselves.

What’s important to you about you?
What do you value most about yourself?
What do you want for yourself?

In the context of Our Lady of Weight Loss, what do you care about with regard to food, movement, your body, your mind, and your spirit?

Days are where we live. ….
A day is precious because it is the microcosm of your whole life. Each new day offers possibilities and promises that were never seen before.  You may wish to change your life …. but your new vision remains merely talk until it enters the practice of your day. ~ John O’Donohue
