Favorite Grill Recipes

Pineapple Chicken Kabobs
1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup light soy sauce
2 pounds chicken breast tenders, raw
Directions
In a small saucepan over medium heat, mix pineapple juice,
brown sugar and soy sauce.
Remove from heat just before the mixture comes to a boil.
Place chicken tenders in a medium bowl, cover w. juice mixture
and marinate in frig for 30 mins. or more!
Preheat grill for medium heat; lightly oil grate (you can
use spray oil).
Thread chicken onto wooden skewers.
Grill chicken tenders about 5 minutes per side, until no
longer pink and juices run clear.
They cook faster than you might imagine. Pay close attention.

Grilled Potatoes and Onions
4 potatoes, sliced
1 red onion, sliced
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 teaspoons butter
Directions
Preheat grill for indirect heat.
Measure out a couple of sheets of aluminum foil; enough
to easily wrap vegetables.
Layer one on top of the other.
Place potatoes and onion in the center, sprinkle with salt
and pepper, and dot with butter (if you must!).
Wrap tightly; seal the edges.
Place aluminum wrapped package over medium heat, and cover.
Cook for approx. 30 minutes, turning once. Serve hot off
the grill.

Grilled Asparagus
2 pound fresh asparagus
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil grate.
Trim bottoms of asparagus. Lightly coat the spears with
oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Grill over high heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
