Somewhere over the rainbow
Way up high,
Theres a land that I heard of
Once in a lullaby.

Color me healthy!
Fruits and vegetables provide many essential vitamins and
minerals, fight cancer, heart disease and the effects of aging.
The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) recommends five to
nine servings of fruits and vegetables daily.
Research shows that the deeper the hue, the wider the range
of vitamins, minerals, fiber and phytochemicals. If you want
to get the most bang for your buck, think rich, bright color!
Think Pri-Mary Colors!
- RED helps to maintain a healthy heart, memory
function, urinary tract health.
- YELLOW/ORANGE effects heart health, good vision,
your immune system.
- GREEN aids healthy vision, strong bones and teeth.
- BLUE/PURPLE fruits and vegetables help to maintain
urinary tract health, memory function,
healthy aging.
- WHITE maintains heart health, good cholesterol
levels.

Dear OLofWL, Just wanted to let
everyone know that partially hydrogenated oils are in so many
so-called 'healthy' foods including replacement meals and
diet bars. Be sure to carefully read the labels! ~ Northeastern
Hospitality, Port Washington, NY
Dear Northeastern Hospitality,
You're absolutely correct. Just because something says 'healthy,'
'low-fat,' or even 'low-carb,' doesn't mean it's good for
you. Thanks for the head's up. -OLofWL

Dear OLofWL, I'm the skinniest
guy there is...and so I really don't need a KICK in the TUSH

how much I enjoy them anyway. ~ Stuart Zamsky, NYC
