To love and be loved is to feel the
sun from both sides. ~ David Viscott

The Sun represents power, glory, illumination,
vitality and life force.
It's no wonder that too little of it can activate
cravings for fatty, high-calorie foods like cakes, cookies
and chips. Lack of sunlight reduces the brain's production
of serotonin, the mood-boosting brain chemical that not only
helps us to feel happy but also suppresses food cravings and
bingeing!
Open your drapes and blinds. If you work in
a windowless office, take a power walk at lunchtime. Twenty
minutes of sunlight a day should do it.
KICK those dreary blues away, ward off cravings
and bingeing. Walk on the sunny side of the street!
Remember to wear sunscreen and a hat.
While the wrong kind of exposure to the sun
can cause skin cancer, the mighty and powerful sun plays its
part in reducing breast cancer, lowering cholesterol levels
and much
more.

Dear OLofWL, I have read great
things about Coconut oil. There seems to be real disagreement
in the medical community about whether this is a great or
a bad fat. Here are two articles about it. ~ JMT of
